Job summary

Wellstar is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist (PRN) to provide high-quality imaging services. You will prepare and position patients, operate NM equipment, and ensure safety and comfort while aligning with department protocols.

You will verify orders, maintain records, and collaborate with radiology staff to deliver diagnostic quality imaging and patient care. PRN role with up to 40 hrs/week potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a clinical setting caring for patients.
• Minimum 1 year of Nuclear medicine experience is preferred.
• ARRT Nuclear Technology or Cert Nuclear Med Tech.
• BLS - Instructor.

Responsibilities

• Adjust technique to optimize image quality and patient safety.
• Verify orders and patient identity before procedures.
• Maintain equipment and infection control practices.
• Restock supplies and assist other technologists as needed.
