Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Associate Manager to join our team of nuclear professionals.

You will contribute to evaluating and implementing power uprates at nuclear facilities, providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and supporting project execution across a range of scopes. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in design engineering in power generation or nuclear power.
• EIT or PE license preferred.
• Experience in mechanical system design, thermal-hydraulic systems, HVAC systems, or nuclear plant modifications.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate team and achieve goals through positive, winning attitude and effective leadership style.
• Proven experience with a high level of decision making, directing and overseeing routine and advanced technical work performed by others.
• Ability to obtain unescorted access to a nuclear power plant.
• US Citizenship required.
• Travel up to 15 - 25% of the time to client sites.
