Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Associate Manager to join our team of nuclear professionals in Fort Worth, TX. You will contribute to evaluating and implementing power uprates at nuclear facilities while providing technical leadership and mentoring developing engineers.

You will support project execution, lead uprate studies and modifications, and work with senior SMEs to grow into advanced technical and leadership roles. Travel up to 15-25% to client sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 3 years of design engineering experience in power generation or nuclear power.
• EIT or PE license preferred.
• Experience with mechanical system design, thermal-hydraulic, HVAC, or nuclear plant modifications.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate teams and lead effectively.
