ENERCON Services, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Engineering Manager within the Nuclear Services Group to lead a dynamic engineering team and drive project execution across power generation and nuclear-focused designs.

The role supports growth, solves technical challenges, and delivers results in a fast-paced environment. Positions are available in Kennesaw, GA or other ENERCON locations such as Aiken, SC or Kennewick, WA, with travel up to 10% and eligibility for US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 6 years of design engineering experience in power generation, nuclear, or heavy industrial; leadership preferred.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license and ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams to achieve project goals and align with ENERCON standards.
• Interface with clients to ensure quality and deadlines on design projects.
• Oversee internal mechanical engineering and delegate project roles.
• Prepare design studies, scopes, and engineering estimates.
• Guide procurement specs, evaluate bids, and select equipment.
• Provide technical guidance on mechanical design and calculations.
• Travel for field walkdowns, installations, and startup activities.
