Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. seeks a Mechanical Associate Manager to help evaluate and implement nuclear power uprates, boosting reactor output safely while mentoring engineers and guiding project execution.

You will work with experienced engineers on challenging mechanical, thermal-hydraulic, and HVAC systems, developing leadership skills and advancing toward senior technical roles in a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• At least 3 years of design engineering experience in power generation or nuclear power.
• EIT or PE license preferred.
• Experience in mechanical system design, thermal-hydraulic systems, HVAC systems, or nuclear plant modifications.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate team and achieve goals through positive, winning attitude and effective leadership style.
• Proven experience with a high level of decision making, directing and overseeing routine and advanced technical work performed by others.
• Ability to obtain unescorted access to a nuclear power plant.
• US Citizenship required.
• Travel up to 15 - 25% of the time to client sites (monthly) for project/marketing meetings.
