Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. seeks a Mechanical Associate Manager to drive mechanical design efforts for power uprates at nuclear facilities. You will provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and help execute projects safely and efficiently.

The role covers evaluation and implementation of uprate strategies, with exposure to large plant systems, pumps, turbines, and feedwater components. A path to leadership and growth within a collaborative, safety‑driven environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• 3+ years of design engineering experience in power generation or nuclear power.
• EIT or PE license preferred.
• Experience in mechanical system design, thermal-hydraulic systems, HVAC, or nuclear plant modifications.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate the team and achieve goals through positive leadership.
