Job summary

ENERCON is seeking a Mechanical Associate Manager to join our team of nuclear professionals. You will contribute to the evaluation and implementation of power uprates at nuclear facilities, helping to increase reactor output safely and efficiently, while providing technical leadership and mentoring developing engineers.

As you lead project execution across plant systems, you will collaborate with senior SMEs and drive standardization, process improvements, and effective decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• 3+ years of design engineering experience in power generation or nuclear power.
• EIT or PE license preferred.
• Experience in mechanical system design, thermal-hydraulic systems, HVAC, or nuclear plant modifications.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate team and achieve goals through positive leadership.
• Ability to obtain unescorted access to a nuclear power plant.
• US Citizenship required.
• Travel up to 15-25% to client sites for project/meetings.
