Job summary

Enercon Services, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Associate Manager to advance power uprates at nuclear facilities. You will lead technical efforts, mentor engineers, and guide project execution across plant systems, gaining exposure to diverse nuclear challenges.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in power generation design engineering, a mechanical engineering degree, and an optional EIT/PE license. Willingness to travel 15–25% and eligibility for unescorted plant access are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 3 years of design engineering experience in power generation or nuclear power.
• EIT or PE license preferred.
• Experience in mechanical system design, thermal-hydraulic, HVAC, or nuclear plant modifications.
• Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership to motivate teams and oversee technical work.
• Ability to obtain unescorted access to a nuclear power plant; US citizenship required.
• Travel up to 15 25% for client sites.
