ENERCON Services, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Associate Manager to join our team of nuclear professionals.

You will contribute to evaluating and implementing power uprates at nuclear facilities, providing technical leadership, mentoring engineers, and supporting project execution. This role offers growth into technical and people leadership, exposure to large-scale plant upgrades, and the chance to work with experienced SMEs.

Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university.
• Minimum 3 years of design engineering experience in power generation or nuclear power.
• EIT or PE license preferred.
• Experience with mechanical system design, thermal-hydraulic, HVAC, or nuclear plant modifications.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate teams and lead projects.

Responsibilities

• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership on uprate projects.
• Contribute to evaluation and implementation of power uprates at nuclear facilities.
• Support project execution and client communications.
• Collaborate with senior SMEs to drive uprate studies and modifications.
