Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a qualified Lead Auditor to own and manage our nuclear QA audit program. You will plan the annual audit schedule, lead internal and supplier audits, and write formal audit reports with objective evidence.

Requires NQA-1 Lead Auditor qualification or eligibility within 90 days, 5+ years in nuclear QA, and strong experience auditing to CFR and NQA-1. Travel to project sites and facilities is expected.

Qualifications

• Current qualification as an NQA-1 Lead Auditor or eligible within 90 days.
• 5+ years in nuclear quality assurance with auditing to 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and NQA-1.
• Experience in construction materials testing, special inspection, or geotechnical services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain the audit schedule for the nuclear QA program.
• Lead internal audits and supplier audits end to end.
• Evaluate and audit suppliers of safety-related items and services.
• Maintain lead-auditor and auditor qualification records and support audits.
