Construction Material Testing seeks a Lead Auditor to own and manage the audit program under our nuclear QA framework. You will plan the annual schedule, lead internal and supplier audits, write reports, and verify corrective actions to closure.

You should have 5+ years in nuclear QA, current or soon-to-be NQA-1 Lead Auditor qualification, and strong knowledge of auditing to 10 CFR 50 Appendix B and 10 CFR 21. Travel will be involved.

Qualificações

• 5+ years in nuclear quality assurance with hands-on auditing to 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and NQA-1.
• Current NQA-1 Lead Auditor qualification, or qualifiable within 90 days via training, audits and a written exam per NQA-1 Part II Subpart 2.23.
• Working knowledge of construction materials testing, special inspection, or geotechnical services preferred.
• ASQ CQA a plus; ability to write audit reports that NRC inspectors could follow without discussion.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and maintain the audit schedule for the nuclear QA program; lead internal and supplier audits with a team.
• Write audit reports; verify corrective actions to closure; manage findings and evidence.
• Evaluate and audit suppliers; recommend additions/removals to the approved supplier list; perform surveillances.
• Maintain lead-auditor and auditor qualification records; support other program audits.
