Curtiss-Wright Corporation’s QualTech NP Cincinnati is seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer specializing in HVAC to support development and execution of customer projects in the Nuclear industry. The role analyzes requirements, develops solutions, and collaborates across stakeholders to prepare proposals and drive project execution.

You will design HVAC systems (air handling, chillers, dampers), translate requirements into system plans, support customer discussions, and travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering; HVAC experience preferred.
• 2–6 years of related engineering experience.
• Ability to translate requirements into system plans and documentation.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer requirements, specifications and industry standards for proposals.
• Develop innovative, practical HVAC engineering solutions.
• Design, test and qualify HVAC systems and equipment.
• Support project meetings, site visits and customer discussions.
