Job summary

ENERCON Services, Inc. seeks a Nuclear Chief Engineering Division Director to lead the engineering governance and technical analysis across mechanical, structural, electrical, and fire protection disciplines for nuclear programs.

This hybrid role requires three days in the office with up to 25–40% travel to primary offices, including Cleveland, OH. A PE license, 25+ years in nuclear engineering, and 10+ years of senior leadership are required to drive technical excellence and regulatory

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering.
PE license required; graduate degree preferred.
25+ years of engineering experience in commercial nuclear power generation, design, analysis, licensing, or operations.
10+ years of progressive leadership managing large engineering organizations (100+).
Experience in senior technical leadership roles (Chief Engineer, Engineering Director, Senior Manager).
Knowledge of NRC regulations, quality assurance, design control, and governance.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership for Mechanical, Structural, Electrical, and Fire Protection teams.
Lead engineering reviews, governance, and regulatory compliance activities.
Represent ENERCON with clients and industry bodies; support business development.
Mentor and develop chiefs, discipline leads, and subject matter experts across locations.
Collaborate cross-functionally to support project execution and drive innovation.
