Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Nuclear, or related Engineering discipline.
• PE license is required; advanced certifications or graduate degree preferred.
• 25+ years of engineering experience in commercial nuclear power, design, licensing, or operations.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership overseeing large engineering organizations.
• Experience as Chief Engineer, Engineering Director, or similar senior leadership role.
• Expertise across core disciplines including Mechanical, Structural, Nuclear, Electrical or Controls engineering.
• Strong knowledge of NRC requirements, quality assurance, and design control processes.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across multiple office locations on large nuclear projects.
• Willingness to travel overnight up to 25-40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for the Mechanical, Structural, Electrical, and Fire Protection Chief Analysis Teams across nuclear programs.
• Lead governance, reviews, and quality assurance to ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Engage with utilities, regulators, and industry groups to advance ENERCON's nuclear portfolio.
• Mentor and develop discipline leads and senior engineers across locations.
• Collaborate with Engineering Directors and Operations Leadership to drive innovation and digital engineering.
