The role oversees senior engineers, ensures regulatory compliance, and drives innovation in design and analysis across several offices.

The position requires extensive leadership experience in nuclear engineering, strong stakeholder engagement, and travel to primary locations, with a hybrid work arrangement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline relevant to nuclear systems.
• PE license required; advanced technical certifications or graduate degree preferred.
• 25+ years of engineering experience in nuclear power generation, design, analysis, licensing, or operation.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience managing large engineering organizations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for Mechanical, Structural, Electrical, and Fire Protection Chief Analysis Teams.
• Lead governance processes for regulatory compliance, QA, and risk management.
• Represent the organization with commercial utilities, regulators, and industry groups.
• Mentor senior engineers, drive talent development across multiple offices.
• Champion innovation and digital engineering initiatives across nuclear programs.
