Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical field with 15+ years of progressively complex experience managing multidiscipline projects in the nuclear market.
• Five or more years’ experience performing engineering-related design within the nuclear markets, preferred.
• PE license is highly desirable.
• Strong communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage projects and lead a team in a complex environment.
• Willingness to travel as required by clients and project demands.

Responsibilities

• Overall management of the project engineering and design team.
• Direct the development and execute the project execution plan related to quality, deliverables, schedule, budget, staffing, project risks, and change management.
• Monitor and report project progress against the execution plan using established project controls system.
• Communicate project status to senior management with weekly and monthly reports.
• Schedule and lead project team meetings.
• Identify, evaluate, and document risks inherent to the project.
• Monitor, control, and report project expenditures against the budget.
• Lead the engineering portion of project pursuit/proposal phase.
• Provide technical expertise.
