Job summary

Kiewit Nuclear Solutions in Lenexa, KS, is seeking a senior Project Controls Manager/Integrated Delivery Manager to lead development and governance of project controls and estimating for large-scale nuclear EPC projects.

You will drive an integrated delivery strategy, develop an EVMS-aligned controls framework, coordinate with engineering, IT and document control, and mentor staff while ensuring contractual compliance and real-time forecasting.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project controls leadership on large-scale EPC power projects (ideally nuclear).
• Experience with EPC project execution in pre-construction and construction phases.
• Change control and baseline management, risk analysis, and Monte Carlo forecasting.
• EVMS and performance measurement systems; AACE estimating standards.
• Integrated cost/schedule/risk systems; experience with Design-Build (PDB).
• Accreditations such as AACE International, EVMi, PMP are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of project controls plans, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee integrated cost, schedule, forecasting, and performance management systems.
• Direct estimating, baseline development, cost forecasting, and contingency management.
• Lead development and maintenance of Primavera P6 schedules and critical path analyses.
• Establish change management processes; document cost, schedule, scope and risk impacts.
• Coordinate risk management, quantitative analyses, and probabilistic forecasting.
• Develop executive reporting, KPI dashboards, forecasting models, and analytics.
• Drive digital delivery strategies and data management across controls tech.
• Align controls practices across joint ventures and key stakeholders.
• Mentor and develop project controls professionals; promote safety and collaboration.
