Kiewit Nuclear Solutions in Lenexa, KS seeks a Senior Project Controls Manager/Integrated Delivery Manager to lead the project controls and estimating functions for large EPC nuclear projects. You will develop and govern project controls plans, manage cost/schedule/risk, drive digital delivery, and mentor professionals while delivering real-time insights and compliance with Appendix F.

The role requires 15+ years of leadership on $1B+ projects, hands-on experience with InEight, Primavera P6,

Competenze

• 15+ years of project controls leadership on large-scale ($1B+) EPC power projects (ideally nuclear projects).
• Experience with EPC project execution across pre-construction and construction phases.
• Experience with InEight Project Suite and Primavera P6 scheduling.

Mansioni

• Lead development and governance of project controls plans, procedures, and governance frameworks.
• Oversee integrated cost, schedule, forecasting, and performance management systems.
• Direct estimating, baseline development, cost forecasting, and contingency management activities.
• Lead development and maintenance of Primavera P6 schedules, critical path analyses, and integrated master schedules.
• Establish and manage change management processes, including risk and uncertainty analyses.
• Develop executive reporting, KPI dashboards, forecasting models, and performance analytics.
• Drive digital project delivery strategies, data management systems, and project controls technologies.
• Ensure alignment of project controls practices across joint venture partners and stakeholders.
• Mentor project controls professionals and foster safety, accountability, collaboration.
