Job summary

Kiewit Nuclear Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Controls Manager to lead the integrated controls function for a large nuclear EPC program. You will oversee cost, schedule, forecasting, risk, and EVMS, guiding a multidisciplinary team across engineering, procurement, construction, and turnover.

You will drive forecast accuracy, partner with project management and clients, and ensure compliance with nuclear standards while supporting multiple sites and travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 10+ years of project controls experience with 5+ years leading teams on large EPC, EPCM, or capital projects.
• Strong understanding of EPC delivery, with proficiency in Primavera P6 and EVM/EVMS.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and project controls software.

Responsibilities

• Lead all project controls activities for assigned EPC projects.
• Establish and maintain the project controls framework and data governance.
• Own baselines and ensure alignment of scope, budgets, and contractual requirements.
• Direct financial performance including budgets, costs, cash flow, and EAC/ ETC forecasts.
• Develop and maintain Primavera P6 schedules and progress measurements.
• Coordinate cross-discipline activities into the project execution plan.
• Provide project controls reports, dashboards, and executive briefings.
• Ensure data accuracy and EVMS compliance.
• Mentor and develop project controls personnel.
• Support planning, proposals, procurement strategy, and closeout activities.
