Goodwill North Central Texas seeks an NTI Outcomes Support Coordinator to assess candidate suitability for training programs, secure funding, and manage enrollment workflows. You will coordinate career development activities, maintain employer partnerships, and drive placement within 30 days of program completion.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree, strong interpersonal skills, and experience in customer service and group facilitation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• One year of direct customer service and group facilitation experience.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; familiarity with Internet and MS Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Assess prospects’ suitability for training programs and secure funding.
• Manage waiting lists and meet enrollment goals.
• Develop employer database and referrals; coordinate career placement for graduates.
• Coordinate resume preparation, interviewing techniques, and job search sessions.
• Maintain data in CaseWorthy and generate reports; document all activities.
