Job summary

Northcentral Technical College (NTC) seeks a Career Coach to recruit prospective students, assist with applications and FAFSA, and coordinate career development initiatives. You will build relationships with K12 schools, community partners, and local employers while providing individualized guidance and support for students’ post-secondary planning.

The role involves collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, travel to area schools, and participation in events such as campus tours

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; two years in admissions, recruitment, or enrollment services preferred.
• Strong customer service and case management skills.
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit prospective students and assist with applications and FAFSA.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, and career events.
• Maintain records of outreach activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with schools and community partners.
