Goodwill Central Texas is seeking a Program & Student Services Coordinator in Austin to support the Career & Technical Academy from enrollment through employment. You will help ensure programs run efficiently, students receive high-quality support, and the Academy achieves its goals for completion, certification, and career placement.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-focused sales and support environments.
• Ability to multi-task quickly and efficiently.
• Proficient in English communication.
• Ability to stand for eight hours and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong data entry and reporting skills.
• Attention to accuracy in student records.

Responsibilities

• Support Academy Operations by coordinating day-to-day classroom operations and supporting program activities.
• Manage Student Data & Reporting by maintaining accurate records from enrollment through employment and assisting in reporting.
• Champion Student Success and Career Readiness.
• Coordinate Administrative & Operational Activities and provide essential support to keep programs moving forward.
• Contribute to Projects & Continuous Improvement by participating in cross-functional initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.
