Job summary

Goodwill North Central Texas, Fort Worth campus, is seeking an Opportunity Accelerator Intake and Assessment Specialist to support participant enrollment and eligibility processing. The role is full-time, with standard hours and occasional evenings/weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Windows) and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication; detail-oriented.
• Experience with office procedures and standard office machines.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess participants' eligibility for enrollment.
• Complete intake and ensure eligibility requirements are met.
• Enroll a minimum of 25 clients per month with required documents.
• Maintain updated electronic records and data management.
• Provide world-class customer service and respond to inquiries within 24 hours.
• Drive the agency van for events and coordinate with staff.
