Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks a Lead Auditor to own the nuclear quality assurance audit program and lead audits with a team of auditors and specialists. You will plan the annual audit schedule, conduct internal and supplier audits, and write clear reports that support closure of corrective actions.

The role requires 5+ years in nuclear QA, hands-on auditing experience, and ability to present findings to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in nuclear quality assurance with hands-on auditing experience.
• Audits to 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and NQA-1 knowledge preferred.
• ASQ CQA is a plus and strong report-writing skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain the audit schedule for the nuclear QA program across internal and supplier audits.
• Lead audits end to end — notification, checklists, meetings, evidence gathering, reporting and closure.
• Evaluate suppliers of safety-related items, manage corrective actions, and maintain qualification records.
