Job summary

Construction Material Testing seeks an experienced Lead Auditor to own and manage the audit program under our nuclear QA framework, aligned with ASME NQA-1. You will plan annual audits, lead teams, and verify corrective actions to closure on projects with licensee oversight.

Responsibilities include scheduling audits, leading end-to-end audits, evaluating suppliers, and maintaining qualification records for auditors.

Qualifications

• Qualified or ready to qualify as NQA-1 Lead Auditor within 90 days, with documented auditing training.
• 5+ years in nuclear quality assurance with hands-on auditing experience to 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and NQA-1.
• Experience auditing licensees, EPCs, or supplier quality organizations in nuclear contexts.
• Proficiency in writing audit reports and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain the audit schedule for the nuclear QA program and lead internal and supplier audits.
• Supervise auditors and technical specialists on audit teams.
• Evaluate suppliers of safety-related items and services and manage corrective actions.
• Write reports and ensure closure of findings with objective evidence.
