Zusammenfassung

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Lead Auditor to own and manage the audit program under our nuclear QA framework. You will plan the annual audit schedule, lead internal and supplier audits with a team, write audit reports, and verify corrective actions to closure.

Independence from audited activities and strong written records are essential. A candidate will have NQA-1 Lead Auditor qualification (or within 90 days), 5+ years in nuclear QA, and experience auditing to 10 CFR 50 Appendix

Qualifikationen

• Current qualification as an NQA-1 Lead Auditor, or qualifiable within 90 days.
• 5+ years in nuclear quality assurance with hands-on auditing to 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and NQA-1.
• Hands-on experience in construction materials testing, special inspection, or geotechnical services preferred.
• ASQ CQA a plus.
• Writes audit reports that NRC inspector could follow without a conversation.
• Comfortable delivering findings to the people who caused them.

• Plan and maintain the audit schedule for the nuclear QA program.
• Lead internal audits and supplier audits end to end with the audit team.
• Evaluate and audit suppliers of safety-related items and services.
• Classify findings, issue corrective-action requests, verify effectiveness, and close them.
• Maintain lead-auditor and auditor qualification records and support related audits.
