Job summary

Construction Material Testing is seeking a Lead Auditor to own the audit program under our nuclear QA framework, written to ASME NQA-1. You plan the annual audit schedule, lead internal audits and supplier audits with a team, write audit reports, and verify corrective actions to closure.

Qualifications include current NQA-1 Lead Auditor or qualification within 90 days, 5+ years in nuclear QA, and experience auditing to 10 CFR 50 Appendix B and 10 CFR 21.

Qualifications

• NQA-1 Lead Auditor qualification current or within 90 days.
• 5+ years in nuclear quality assurance.
• Experience auditing to 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and NQA-1.
• Strong report writing and presenting findings.
• ASQ CQA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and maintain audit schedule for the nuclear QA program.
• Lead end-to-end audits and supervise auditors.
• Evaluate and audit suppliers of safety-related items.
• Classify findings and issue corrective actions.
• Maintain qualification records and support audits.
