Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• 2–4 years in production engineering or process development.
• Solid understanding of SPC, PFMEA, and lean principles.
• Proven ability to manage projects and deliver improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize processes for NPI and volume manufacturing.
• Maintain manufacturing procedures and process documentation.
• Provide technical support for production issues and root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams on qualification plans.
