Job summary

You will implement SPC, PFMEA, and lean methods, support design reviews, tooling, and qualification plans, and partner with Design and Manufacturing teams to drive process validation and RCA-driven enhancements.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in production engineering or process development.
• Solid understanding of SPC, PFMEA, and lean principles.
• Proven ability to manage projects and deliver improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize processes for NPI and volume manufacturing.
• Implement SPC for new products and monitor process stability.
• Drive structural improvements for recurring manufacturing issues and quality challenges.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and process specs.
• Support introduction of new products into production within a concurrent engineering environment.
