Job summary

ASML US, LP is seeking a Factory Quality Production Engineer to join a precision high‑tech manufacturing team in Wilton, CT. You will work with development engineers to implement production tests, performance verification, and diagnostics to ensure high-quality lithography systems.

The role involves 50% in‑room support to production, driving KiPIs with SPC, conducting pFMEA reviews, and collaborating with Optical, Mechanical, Electrical and Software groups to implement best practices.

Qualifications

• Experience with SPC and FMEA in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Writes and executes quality processes with Engineering and Assembly staff.
• Responsible for process control and data collection in the cleanroom.
• Lead SPC reviews and generate weekly reports.
• Support audits for ISO readiness and manufacturing quality.
