Job summary

ASML US, LP seeks a Factory Quality Production Engineer for a precision high-tech manufacturing environment in Wilton, CT. You will work with development engineers to implement comprehensive production tests, performance verification, and diagnostics in a cleanroom setting.

The role focuses on SPC data, quality processes, and process improvements across Optical, Mechanical, Electrical, and Software disciplines, including ISO readiness and manufacturing quality enhancements.

Qualifications

BS/MS in Engineering (Quality/Industrial preferred).
2+ years in engineering environment; production experience with high-tech products.
Experience with SPC and FMEA.
Lean Six Sigma Manufacturing experience is a plus.
Ability to read optical, mechanical and electrical drawings.
Strong MS Excel data management and presentation skills.
MATLAB, LabVIEW and Python knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide detailed support for SPC parameters and target setting (CTQ/CTC).
Facilitate PFMEA reviews and post-action follow-ups.
Lead DOA investigations with the DOA process.
Spend time in cleanroom providing direct support to production for quality improvements.
