Job summary

ASML in Wilton, CT, is seeking a Supply Chain and Sourcing Manager to lead end-to-end NPI and industrialization efforts, balancing schedule, cost, and quality within the Product Generation Process. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, drive supplier engagement, manage risks, and ensure on-time introduction of new parts while optimizing D&E deliverables and OPEX/CAPEX planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Technical or Supply Chain field required; Master's preferred.
• Proven track record in NPI programs and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience interfacing with suppliers on industrialization targets is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define, secure and monitor the supply chain and sourcing NPI and industrialization deliverables in the Product Generation Process.
• Identify and manage supply chain risks, assess material availability and long-leadtime items.
• Drive and report on Cost of Goods roadmap vs. target with SS&P clusters and supplier teams.
• Prepare yearly OPEX/CAPEX forecast and manage spend for supplier NRE and tooling/packaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align KD deliverables and coordinate Make/Buy decisions.
