Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership across multiple teams to shape engineering direction and execute factory-level strategy.
• Develop multi-quarter roadmaps, allocate resources, and drive capability planning for Wilton factory readiness.
• Lead change management and accountability across Module PE and Project Leads.
• Build a robust talent pipeline through coaching, mentoring and succession planning.
• Chair and champion data dashboards to drive decisions and reduce silos.
