Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Director of Operations Readiness to drive NPI and GTM readiness across key workflows and cross-functional launches. You will partner with Product Management, Monetization, Legal, and Revenue to ensure transactable innovations enter the market.

Qualifications

Master’s in Business, Product Management, or Operations with 10+ years of related experience.
Proven experience launching SaaS offers with lead to cash, goal to commission, and idea to offer processes.
Strong leadership, collaboration across matrixed teams, and ability to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

Lead NPI & GTM readiness for operations and refine processes for strategic products.
Define and manage KPIs (leading and lagging indicators) for operations success.
Deliver end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time, on-budget execution.
