Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a seasoned operations leader to drive readiness across workflows and new SaaS launches. You will partner with Product, Legal, Compliance, Revenue, and Sales Ops to ensure transactability and scalable go-to-market programs.

You will lead KPI driven improvements, develop detailed project plans from start to finish, and guide cross-functional teams toward successful implementation.

Qualifications

• Requires strong program/project management and people leadership experience.
• Proven track record launching SaaS offers and understanding lead-to-cash processes.
• Highly analytical and process-oriented with excellent communication skills.
