Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a CIO Strategic Initiatives GTM Lead to drive growth strategies for CIO solutions, developing end-to-end programs and repeatable GTM motions across regions. You will lead cross-functional efforts, build sales plays, and align messaging with product marketing to unlock new pipeline and customer expansion.

The role requires senior leadership experience, strong analytical and stakeholder engagement skills, and a proven ability to scale playbooks across SaaS environments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in GTM strategy, solution sales, business operations, or customer success, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record turning strategy into durable, repeatable, and scalable GTM execution with measurable pipeline growth.
• Experience building and scaling playbooks and buyer motions across industries and geographies.
• Strong analytical skills, including familiarity with account planning models and signal-led decisions.
• Deep experience engaging senior stakeholders (e.g. CIOs) and influencing executive decision-making.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills.
• Experience in SaaS, cloud, or enterprise technology preferred.
• Familiarity with IT workflows and adjacent domains is a plus.
• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a focused set of priority CIO strategic initiatives end to end – launching into repeatable programs that drive pipeline and retention.
• Build, maintain, and activate CIO sales playbooks and messaging across regions and industries.
• Run sales readiness and enablement workshops for Core and Solution Sellers.
• Support the Autonomous IT motion by increasing attach rate of IT solutions across CIO deals.
• Elevate, simplify, and transform solution messaging with Product Solution Marketing.
• Collaborate with Technology Workflow BUs to refine GTM strategies and pricing insights.
• Drive integration of GTM initiatives across partnerships, channels, and operations.
• Support partner co-sell strategy and solution partner enablement.
• Stay ahead of market trends to inform GTM strategy and positioning.
• Represent the company at industry events and executive forums.
• Lead propensity modelling to focus investments on high-potential accounts.
• Support high-impact deals across stages with strategic guidance to leadership.
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration.
