Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical/computer engineering.
• 3+ years in NPI in manufacturing.
• Ability to read schematics/datasheets.
• Experience with PCBA bring-up, debugging, test development.

Responsibilities

• Drive the NPI process from concept to mass production.
• Collaborate with R&D and design teams for manufacturability and cost.
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, tooling, fixtures, equipment.
• Conduct DFM and DFA reviews.
• Manage pilot production builds and support product launches.
• Identify and resolve manufacturing issues during NPI.
• Maintain product documentation and process flows.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives for NPI processes.
