Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in NPI engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in CAD software for PCB design and layout; knowledge of PCBA assembly and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transfer of new products from design to manufacturing.
• Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new products.
• Collaborate with R&D and design teams to ensure manufacturability.
• Conduct process validation and qualification activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues during new product introduction.
• Define and procure necessary tooling and equipment for NPI.
• Optimize manufacturing processes for cost, quality, and efficiency.
