Hangzhou GreatStar Industrial, Ltd. is seeking a New Product Development & Marketing Manager to own the full NPD process from concept to launch. You will drive product initiatives, align SOPs and stage-gate processes, and collaborate with design teams to create new categories and products.

The role requires strong communication, project management, and market insights, with relocation options to Williamsport, PA or Redlands, CA. This position reports to the VP, Sales & Marketing.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of product management or development experience in consumer products.
• Experience managing products through full development and commercialization cycles.
• Ability to drive projects from concept through launch with measurable results.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to influence cross-functionally.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Aufgaben

• Drive cross-functional accountability across engineering, sourcing, operations, sales, marketing, finance and supply chain teams.
• Lead project meetings with clear updates on timing, risks and action plans.
• Maintain project schedules, documentation and launch readiness tracking.
• Conduct market research and VOC activities to identify opportunities.
• Develop product specifications, positioning, cost targets and business cases.
