Responsibilities include driving Stage Gate milestones, coordinating R&D, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Quality, and Codes, and preparing phase gate deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• 2+ years in Project Management or related roles using predictive methodologies.
• Knowledge of Stage Gate processes and product lifecycles.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Experience with Wrike is a plus; CAPM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple new product development projects from concept to launch.
• Drive Stage Gate development process, hit milestones and budgets.
• Monitor project health, identify risks, implement recovery plans.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (R&D, Engineering, Ops, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Quality).
• Facilitate meetings, track deliverables, provide status updates.
• Prepare phase gate deliverables, support launches and post‑launch reviews.
