The role targets big-box retail and eCommerce leadership by turning consumer insights into dominant products on shelves and in digital search results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive marketing and product leadership in CPG.
• Experience with private label and/or OEM development.
• Proven success launching high-volume, high-velocity retail products.

Responsibilities

• Build a High-Output Innovation Engine for tools, hardware, and adjacent categories.
• Own Consumer, Shopper & Digital Insights using POS data, digital shelf analytics, and trends.
• Drive Product & Packaging that wins at retail and online with optimized content and durability.
• Win in the Digital Aisle by partnering with eCommerce teams on SEO, PDP content, bundling, and pricing.
• Execute Globally at Speed with Asia-based OEMs and manufacturing partners.
