Joshua Tree Experts, a premier outdoor home service company based in Bethesda, MD, seeks a Sales Arborist to own and grow the Northern Virginia territory. You will close high-ticket contracts and be the face of the Joshua Tree Experience in NoVA, while coordinating with the Maryland/DC teams.

The role emphasizes territory management, consultative selling, precise estimating, and delivering exceptional client experience, with base plus commission and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of proven success in outside sales, B2C sales, or territory management.
• Knowledge of plant health care programs and how to effectively sell them.
• ISA Certified Arborist credential is preferred.
• Maryland Licensed Tree Expert credential is preferred.
• Pesticide applicator license for VA, MD, or DC is preferred.
• Elite persuasion, negotiation and closing skills for affluent clients.
• CRM experience is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Territory domination in high-end Northern VA neighborhoods with marketing support.
• Consultative selling to close premium service agreements.
• Conduct site inspections, determine job costs, and deliver proposals.
• Ensure 100% client satisfaction and drive long-term retention.
• Collaborate with office staff and communicate scopes to production crews.
• Model company values and act as brand ambassador.
