Qualifications

3-5+ years outside sales, B2C sales, or account management.
Strong persuasion, negotiation and closing skills.
Flexible hours to meet client schedules with a can-do attitude.
21+ years old, valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Consultative selling to prospect, educate clients, and close high-ticket service contracts.
Territory management with prospecting, referrals, and new business in high-end neighborhoods.
Estimate costs on-site and provide timely, professional estimates.
Ensure 100% client satisfaction and long-term retention after job completion.
Coordinate with office staff to schedule work and relay job scope to production crews.
