Joshua Tree Experts in Bethesda, MD, is seeking a high-performing Sales Arborist to own and aggressively grow the NoVA territory. You will sell premium tree care solutions to affluent homeowners and partner with our Maryland/DC team to expand presence in the region.

The Arborist Account Manager role emphasizes territory management, consultative selling, precise site inspections, and delivering professional proposals while ensuring exceptional client experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside sales experience in B2C/territory management.
• Knowledge of plant health care programs and how to sell them.
• ISA Certified Arborist preferred.
• Maryland Licensed Tree Expert preferred.
• Pesticide applicator license for VA/MD/DC preferred.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills for affluent clients.
• CRM experience is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Territory domination in NoVA with referrals and marketing support.
• Consultative selling of premium services.
• Conduct site inspections and prepare accurate proposals.
• Ensure client satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Coordinate with office staff and production crews.
• Represent the Joshua Tree Experience as brand ambassador.
