Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) for a full-time role at THC Good Samaritan in West Palm Beach, FL. Prior customer service experience is required.

The position includes delivering and assembling meals, ensuring dietary compliance, and maintaining safety standards. This role focuses on patient menu guidance, coordination with nurses and kitchen staff, and timely, accurate tray delivery, with competitive hourly pay and full-time

Qualificações

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds, as well as maneuver and push food delivery carts.

Responsabilidades

• Help patients understand their menu selections and work with nursing to ensure orders comply with dietary requirements.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team to offer menu alternatives for allergies, dietary needs, and preferences.
• Assemble meals according to each patient’s selections and retrieve trays from rooms on time.
• Follow HIPAA, HACCP, and infection-control policies and procedures.
• Assist dietitians and monitor patients on special diets as needed.
• Document issues and report concerns to appropriate staff.
• Complete routine reports in Morrison Healthcare policies.
