Morrison Healthcare, a Compass Group company, is hiring a Patient Dining Associate (Dietary Aide) at the Heart Of Florida location in Davenport, FL. This full-time role supports on-unit patient dining, meal assembly, delivery and safety standards.

The position requires customer service experience, English literacy, and ability to lift up to 100 pounds; schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays; pay is $18 per hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and interpret documents in English.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Help patients understand menu selections and work with nursing to ensure orders meet nutritional requirements.
• Determine menu alternatives for allergies, sensitivities, or cultural/religious preferences.
• Assemble meals according to patient selections and retrieve trays on schedule.
• Comply with federal/state guidelines and HIPAA policies.
