• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Must be able to occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Help patients understand menu selections and work with nursing to ensure meals meet nutritional requirements.
• Collaborate with caregivers and culinary team to offer menu alternatives for allergies or preferences.
• Assemble meals according to each patient’s menu selection and retrieve trays on time.
• Comply with federal, state and local health and sanitation regulations and HIPAA policies.
• Follow HACCP guidelines when handling food and cleaning work stations.
• Assist dietitians by monitoring patients on special diets and calorie counts.
