Morrison Healthcare in West Palm Beach is hiring immediately for full-time and part-time Patient Dining Associate positions at Good Samaritan Medical Center. You will help patients with menu selections, assemble and deliver meals, and support the caregiving team.

This role emphasizes accuracy, patient safety, and adherence to HACCP, HIPAA, and facility policies; previous hospitality experience is required.

Qualifications

• English literacy required and ability to read, write, and interpret documents.
• Basic computer and mathematical skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and maneuver delivery carts.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with menu selections and coordinate with nursing on dietary needs.
• Assemble and deliver meals according to patient orders, on time and accurately.
• Maintain HACCP and sanitation standards in food handling and service areas.
• Complete daily and monthly reports as required by Morrison Healthcare policies.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and protect patient confidentiality.
• Support dietitians and care teams as needed.
