Job summary

SMS Data Products Group, Inc. is seeking a NOSC Network Administrator to support AFCENT’s 24/7 NOSC operations across DoD networks. You will administer applications, systems, and infrastructure, monitor security, and implement remediation actions to maintain STIG compliance and endpoint protection.

Responsibilities include maintaining server rooms, designing network architectures, and coordinating maintenance with ASIs while ensuring data backup and incident response align with NOSC policies.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher with 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Firewall experience required.
• Unix/Linux certification preferred.
• Network+ or CCNA certification.
• VMware experience or VCTA certification favorable.
• ITIL Foundation certification within 60 days of hire.
• Secret Level Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration, installation, operation, and maintenance support for NOSC networks.
• Monitor security posture and ensure STIG compliance and patching.
• Remediate vulnerabilities and ensure endpoint protection compliance.
• Maintain server room and cable management.
• Design and maintain network architectures and rack elevations.
• Monitor NOSC systems using standard management platforms and remediate outages.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and manage NOSC spare parts.
