Job summary

SMS DATA PRODUCTS GROUP, INC seeks an Enterprise Operations Manager to lead and coordinate enterprise network operations supporting AFCENT mission requirements. You will oversee technical teams, monitor performance, coordinate outages, and drive process improvements across a 24/7 enterprise network footprint.

The role requires a strong background in IT operations management, Unix/Linux and Windows Server environments, and experience with network services such as DNS and DHCP.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT operations/services management experience.
• Experience with enterprise network monitoring and performance.
• Knowledge of Windows Server environments and core network services.

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise staff and operations to align with AFCENT mission requirements.
• Oversee monitoring, status reporting and action coordination for the enterprise network.
• Guide a team of professionals supporting the AFCENT network and services.
• Manage network performance and end-to-end service quality for infrastructure.
• Assess network performance and select tools and technologies for upgrades.
• Develop SOPs for incident response and disruption management.
• Identify trends and remediation actions for outages.
• Conduct impact assessments of outages and outages potential.
• Coordinate authorized service interruptions with stakeholders.
• Report planned and unplanned outages and disruptions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive implementation.
• Provide general IT management, networking support, meetings/briefings, and training as required.
